Has anyone here traded a Coupe for a vert

As the title says i am wondering if anyone here has traded a C5 Coupe for a vert and if so, what are the pro and con's? The reason i ask is, is that i ordered mine before the verts debuted. I have always loved the 69 Pace car replica and now that i can order a 2011-12 vert to look almost the same i am considering doing it. Just wanted to see if anyone else has made the change

I traded in my '10 SS for an identical '11 vert, but added the Callaway onto it. I loved the coupe and it was fun to drive, but the vert is hands down more fun to drive. As with all of us, the vert is more of a head turner than the coupe, but I've had more than one person as "what kind of car is that?". Mine's not a DD, so I don't have a ton of feedback, but to me, the vert turns more heads and is more fun to drive. Now, if we can get the temps under 95 degrees down here...

I traded my 1SS auto coupe for a 2SSvert. Also got the manual transmission this time around. Ordered the coupe sight unseen in October 2008, and I loved it. I really enjoy the vert and the manual transmission.

i traded a 2011 white 1ss for a 2011 2ss vert. had ten thousand miles on the coupe. loved it. the vert has been more trouble keeping clean with the soft top. every day fuzz, cat hair, dust, if you get a vert, maybe not a black top. less trunk space and more wind noise. the only pro is fun. lots of it. i love my vert and also miss my coupe. not rich enough for both.

I kept a lint roller in my car. Took about one minute to clean once or twice a week.

Also used it after washing.

I traded my 2LT coupe for my 2SS convertible. It's a blast. Definitely have some wind noise with the top up, but play some music and you don't even notice it. It's my daily driver and I just passed 5100 miles. Around 4000 of that has been top down.

Here is a pic of the coupe and convertible on the day I traded.

I originally wanted a vert, but ordered the coupe before they came out because of the delays on the vert. We enjoyed the coupe, but prefer the vert now. Definitely has wind noise on the highway with the top up, but surprisingly little buffetting with the top down. The lack of B-pillars is also sweet, you can roll all four windows down on the sides and it looks great. Trunk space is identical, unless you have the top down. Even with the top down there is still plenty of trunk space for most. For a convertible, it still feels every bit as stiff as the coupe does.

Ordered my coupe in 2009 since I couldn't get a real feel if the vert would ever really happen. Ordered my 2LT/RS Nov 19th 2010 as soon as the dealer let me.
The vert has been a real surprise on ride stiffness as well as road noise. Better than any other vert I have ever known. I am close to 9k on the car and the only problem has been the well documented rub marks on the top.

Traded in my 2010 2SS RS coupe. I missed my '01 SS vert more than I thought.
