Now do we have a just cause?
Here is hard, non-arguable proof that China makes CRAP!!! Sorry that was harsh...but you'll see what I mean.
I'm not sure if these cars are the ones they want to eventually ship to the US...but if they do, uh-uh. I'm staying as far from their dealers as possible: This thing crumpled like a pop-can! Probably all that lead.... ![]() EDIT: there are more hot-linked to after the video is over... |

Heres the thing, the front end is supposed to crush in an impact, absorbs the energy. BUT the door is NOT supposed to be pinched out of a car. That means that the cabin area is getting crushed, that means injury to occupants.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Chinese engineers are useless. They have done nothing but make cheap clones of western (and Japanesse) products.

They're trying, I'll give them that...but if anybody tries to sway me towards the "cheap" Chinese vehicles...I'm slapping this video in their faces. :p

Ok, I'll have to agree with you guys that I won't be buying any cars from China in the foreseeable future.
BUT, you've gotta admit that the awesomeness of that piece of flying glass at the end was almost worth the creation of such a crappy car. |
