How do the scorpions handle "spirited" driving?

Hey guys, how do the scorpians handle dry roads in the cold compared to the p zeros? Even with a narrower 19" am I going to have more grip on cold dry road with "spirited" driving? How about dragging in the cold? Thanks. Still trying to swallow the large financial pill of new tires and wheels lol
