I don't usually start threads, just comment on others but I feel the excitement starting and just wanted to start one for the heck of it.

I found me an excellent dealer on here that has given me in writing that they will sell me the car at GMS. I am TOTALLY thrilled about that!

So I have decided to sell/trade the C6 for the all new Camaro. Is it the best choice, who knows but we are doing it. We have 2 other Camaros so why not...

I have a loose buyer for the car that is supposed to let me know this weekend so we shall see. The dealer has also offered to take my car in on trade now and pay off my note then order my car. The pros to that are the tax difference and the fact that I can have no car payment for a few months as opposed to trading at time of delivery.

SO.... I am going to the dealership today to see what they are going to offer me. I am nervous that they are going to try to break one off in me but we will see. If it is close to KBB trade, which is what they told me to check as thats what they use (could be BS), we should be good to go.

Sam Owens at Voss Chevrolet in Centerville, OH. subburb of Dayton. Super nice guy. I have an appointment with him at noon today...

Where are you in Ohio? What was your first dealer and your second? If you are anywhere near Milford Ohio, this Sunday 4/26 there is a member that will have his SS, black with IO interior at the Milford Quaker Steak and lube at 1:30. I will be there to check it out even though I have seen a black one in person.

selling it yourself would be better for you. How much you looking for it? You should get intouch with camaro_corvette they are looking for USED 3LT Corvette C6, Black on black, 6spd manual, Targa top, HUD, Nav screen, Five-split spoke wheels, and LS3.

I am in Warren, OH. NE part between Youngstown and Cleveland.

My first dealer was Diane Sauer and my second one is Cole Valley. Cole Valley is nice and they gave me GMS.

I did, he doesn't want it! He wants an 3LT, I have a 1LT. He wants HUD and Nav, I don't have either. He wants a LS3, I have an LS2.... Thanks anyhow!

OK so I got an offer. It wasn't too bad. If they come up $1500 or even $1000, its a done deal. I told him we would talk Monday. So we shall see. I was actually pretty pleased.

While there I drove an A6 Corvette to see how the tap-shift was. I liked it alot. I am much less apprehensive about ordering the A6 now... I will keep you posted on what happens and if I order. He said I can put in my order and he will hold it untill I call him so if I want I can hold off untill August if I want no problem. i also have the option to call him up any time and tell him to put it in. Things are looking good I guess!

Sure is...They just added one to Roger's Centre (a smaller version) for anyone in Canada.
