I'm one step closer...

I finalized the sale on this...

today, which puts me in position to be able to buy my 2SS next spring... It was a sad day , because this was an awesome car and I'll be driving a POS btw now and then, however, the camaro will it all better.

One step closer

EDIT - Mods, I just realized this is the wrong place, feel free to move to general if you wish. Thx.

Congrats man

I hate selling cars! The depreciation and sentimental value make me depressed, lol.

Marticus24 -- That really was one sweet GXP. Hope I find a nice home for it's cousin, my Monte Carlo SS.

Thanks all, it WAS a really sweet car... I miss it already, driving around a sunfire and all, but trust me, it's for the greater good.

Good luck on selling your monte.

There was just something so wrong (and yet so right) about having a 5.3L LS engine turned sideways powering the 'wrong' wheels.

Try to enjoy your sunfire. At least it won't cost you much to opperate for the next year, they're said to be pretty reliable and good on gas. Probably a fair bit less on insurance vs the 07 GXP too.

I avg about 30mpg on the sunfire in summer, upper 20s otherwise. Though, the GXP didn't do too bad either, I was averaging about 20-22 mpg on the same commute.

Either way, now I can say I've owned an LS4 and soon will own an LS3
