Is this a good deal?

I have talked to a few dealerships in Orange County, California and this is lowest they have offered. I got an offer, asked another dealership if they could beat it, they did, then I told the original dealership if they can beat it and this is what they offered me. Other dealerships told me to go in person and they will give me a lower price than this dealership. I really like the dealership that gave me this quote below because they are not pushy at all and I know someone who knows someone who works there. What should I counter back at? I am looking at the 2012 camaro 2LS automatic. I don't need the car until school starts (about september) so I am considering waiting for the 2013 models or get a great deal on a 2012 when the 2013 comes out. What is the best option for me?

Not bad. Might get a bit lower if you get the 12' when 13's roll out. Also buy at end of month when dealer is working to meet monthly sale #'s.
