new to VA area
hey guys/girls i recently moved to DC and was wondering where everyone meet up/ hang out at, also is there a shop with a good rep i can take my car to for future mods

Welcome to the area! There are tons of things to do. Keep an eye on this section for any large events that come up. Here are a few of the regular things that I know of in Virginia.
Friday night - Chick-fil-A at Dulles 5-9pm Saturday morning - Cars and Coffee at Katies - Great Falls - Very early morning - 6am i think? Saturday afternoon/evening - Burger King in Manassas - anywhere between 4-9pm Sunday morning - Cars and Coffee at Kohls at Fair Lakes shopping center in Fairfax. 8 to 11am Some people might have more to add in different areas. There are similar meetups in Maryland, but I don't live there so I'm not as familiar. If you need details, just ask!

I believe Maryland Speed is closer to DC. I have done buisness with them and have nothing but good things to say about them.

We have a good size group that meets in Burtonsville MD on sundays. I guess it all depends on where you live.

Bk in manassas is a nice car place to go too if u like hot rods and all types of cars not too many Fith gens though only a few show up like me and Nameless sometimes trying to get more out there.

Great Falls cars and coffee "officially" starts at 7am. But you need to be there by 6:45 to get a good spot.

Welcome! I know of weekly meets in Manassas, Dulles, Springfield, Prince William, Stafford, Great Falls, and Fredericksburg. Depending on where you live that are all decent.
