Got e-mails today from two different LA delealers. Both black on black SS/RS, one manual and one auto. Seems like GM is getting the cars out or buyers are bailing, maybe because of possible bankruptcy?

No just normal business. Over 13000 have rolled off the line so far.

Was the black manual (1SS/RS) from Foothill Ranch Chevy? I dropped my order with them when they wouldn't give me MSRP.

The email said 2SS? Might have been your car. I knew they weren't doing MSRP and pretty much wrote them off.
I'm still in the hell of "will I be able to get it up my driveway". AVIS still doesn't have one for me to rent and the local dealer, Santa Monica wants 5K over MSRP and won't let me drive one to my house to check out clearances. I'm hoping to run into somebody who owns one and will bring it to my house for a clearance check.

Diamond Hills Chevrolet in Banning CA. has a 2SS/RS, black on black with the 21 in wheels and put a $20,000.00 mark-up on it. The one they had for show, they marked up $10,000.00 and was a basis RS sold also.

Where! but at the same time I doubt they are at MSRP unless they are at Harbor Chevrolet or Sopp Chevrolet

I called them up asking how much they wanted for the 1SS/RS, and the manager told me they needed to get at least in the low 40's.

He also told me that a guy bought their first car, an Orange 2SS for 53k.

Delillo in Huntington Beach has one the owner bought for his wife and they use it as a Demo so peeps can test drive!

But...they don't have any others on the lot and they won't deal or take GMS.

Connell in Costa Mesa has been getting them regularly but they were out this past weekend when I stopped by.
They will take GMS so I'll probably go with them!
