New and cant decide?

Hello to all of you on this forum. I've been somewhat of a lurker on this forum for a few months, and have noticed there are alot of cool people here so I have decided to do my first post. More or less I am looking for advice and feedback from you guys . Okay currently I am the proud owner of a 2007 3.5 dodge charger, mods are intake, jba header, borla exhaust and diablo tuner. for a 3800 pound V6 it is quite decent. Love the car so naturally you would think that next in line is the SRT8 chally. I really do like the car but man I really like the Camaro. Ever since I was a child I remember riding in my moms Z28 Iroc 1989 convertable. Its a beautiful car, and I s occasionally take it out for a spin, and everywhere I go I get compliments. I like the look of the new Camaro alot, sleek and sexy. Modern with retro theme. If I were to get one it would be an SS V8. I like the output of the DI V6, but coming from moding a v6 model of a car line. I can say that you just dont get as much out of each mod, as you would for the V8. Plus the exhaust note something I have never been able to replicate on my V6 charger, close but never quite there. Plus the V8 will be less common I would think due to gas prices. Which if it has MDS fuel enconomy should be okay but it is not the primary concern. My dilema is that I really like the Challenger, it has that classic look it will probably be a collectors item. But I think the Camaro looks sleeker, plus I think the price will be right on the money. The Dodge can get pricey. They are both good cars, I would love to buy them both but thats not happening. I will test drive them both but hey any other advice is welcome.

Get the Camaro - you can get a stick shift which you can't on the SRT8, which is a pre-requisite for any performance car. Automatic transmission and performance do not mix

That's in no way correct at all, fastball, but I guess it's the thought that counts

You sign on to a Camaro forum...and ask which car you should buy. hmmmmmmm...CAMARO!!!!

Welcome to the site, ayce!!
Camaro will be superior in every way to the Challenger, so if that doesn't sway you quick enough, it really it comes down to which car you REALLY want.

Go test drive them both, and come to a then-educated conclusion: Camaro.
