Convertable SS Exhaust?
Hello, I have a 2012 2SS/RS convertible. Was wondering if anybody has added any type of exhaust to a convertible and what do you think about it. I want an exhaust but a little hesitant due to so many systems out there. Of course I want aggressive, was thinking flowmasters, or mangaflows. But don't want a headache on the highway. Thanks

I have the Solo high flow cats and their cat-back on my 2012 SS Convert and love it!! There is no drone at all and the system really wakes up the beast within!!

I am planning on getting the solo as well - should I just get the solo x pipe and run straight back with no mufflers?

I went with the borla s-type and I love it. It does drone though so I am gonna get j-pipes put on it. I didn't like the sound that the solos produced so if you like the sound from another brand better get it and have a shop do jpipes for you

Magnaflow makes a few systems to work with the Vert. Others will use a kit to space the bracing down for clearance. It definitely takes some time and patience to install an exhaust on a Vert though.
Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions or pricing! Best regards, Tyler 888-308-6007 |

We just installed a Borla S-type catback and Kooks headers on one, and it sounded amazing!
