Was just curious about who else purchased a 1LE with little to no intention of putting it on a track. I came up from a 1LT V6 car and simply wanted a memorable and exciting car that had to be an LS3/V8 and not make me feel obligated to mod it. Something special. I already adored the look of the 1LE when they came out so when I saw mine I knew it was the one. Honestly the future of my car will largely consist of simply being my week day evening/weekend fun car. Tear up my old truck for going to work...I was going to auto cross it at Camaro5 Fest for giggles but aside from that my budget can afford the car but it (and my schedule) can't afford the race tracks. What about yours?

If I could afford to tear it up (aka tires and brakes) I would auto-cross it.

I may track mine a few times if the chance arises, but thats not why I bought it.

I'd like to track mine to see what the car can really do but I didn't buy it for that purpose either.

I dont plan on autocrossing mine. Just a some spirited runs through the windy roads of the Texas Hill Country and the ocassional drag race. I like the gearing better in the 1LE vs a standard SS model as well. Plus the looks are tits.

Mine is a daily driver as well but I do plan on attending autox events when I can

Daily drive it, went to a track and had a blast. Looking forward to tracking more next year maybe auto cross too if I can locate them in IL. It's a whole day event and costs gas and tire wear but worth it.

I bought mine for summer fun car not to track it.... I might end up taking to a road course or auto cross this summer but most likely wont

Bought with no intention on tracking. If the opportunity presents itself I'd do it though

I bought mine just to have a fun ride for my son and I. BTW, he loves it as much as I do! It is a weekend toy for us, not a daily driver.

I have already taken it to Hennessey Performance and had the HPE550 package installed. It is a beast. My whole family loves this car.

Not going to track mine either, It replaced my harley so it's a summertime fun to drive nice looking ride.I sure do daydream about a lot I would like to do with it, but funds always wake me up!!

When retired as a daily driver, I hope ours sees the track. Until then, just having fun.
