GM products other than Camaro?

Are there any GM products that you aspire to own in the future? Or maybe others you'd consider?

Thumbs up

of the current cars?

Pontiac: G8 sedan, a Solstice
Chevrolet: chevrolet version of the G8 (if built) any 97 to current corvette.
Buick: none unless when i retire, but the only one i want is a late 80s Grand National
Oldsmobile: RIP
Cadillac: CTS coupe with the 306hp D.I. Cien (if they ever build it )
Saturn: Sky, i think it looks cooler than the solstice
Hummer: that little Hummer concept that would make a great competiter to the Jeep Wrangler

thats about it

The Cien was dope, they should have had more balls and built the damn thing. I'll never forget that car, didn't they use it in a Caddy commercial shortly after it made it's debut on the auto-show circuit?

As for me:

Cadillac: CTS Sedan (coupe is seriously ugly IMO), BRX, Zeta Sedan (baller status ride for sure), Alpha sedan

Chevrolet: Tahoe (almost ended up with one as my first car, no joke, glad that didn't work out, gas would have killed me) Vette, Volt.

GMC: Denali XT if they ever build it

Pontiac: G8 and whatever Alpha car they build.

I think GM needs to build cars that cover more of the enthusiast/mainstream audience as oppose to one or the other. I think there's more stuff to look forward to in the future though.

I am more of a one car guy... but my best friend's dad owns a... 2005 sts? that vehicle was pretty friggin awesome haha. When I get older I might look at the CTS or STS... or maybe STS-V, now that is a beastly car. Course there is the vette too. other than that I actually would look outside of GM unless something else comes up.

Foreign cars bug me for two reasons: 1) The Asians make cars that are hella boring to look at after they're 5 years old. 2) European cars cost an arm, a leg and a kidney to own. Domestics just make more and more sense to me as I get older, but with more enthusiast oriented products getting killed off (I'd really like to know what Chrysler will build from here on out that I'll even be remotely interested in???) I'll be forced to look elsewhere, especially if the trend continues (hopefully GM does get the bug).

By the time I can buy my Camaro, I could also afford a G8 or Solstice GXP Coupe, and both are appealing alternatives. I'd love to own a new CTS-V coupe, but that's just wishing. Of course the Corvette is on my "if I won the lottery" list too. Its nice to know GM can provide a new car to any budget ranging from starving college student (Aveo) to executive (CTS, CTS V) to stupid dirty rich (ZR-1).

G8 GXP
G8 ST (El Camino, or whatever they're going to call it)
Corvette Z06
Plus I'd be interested to see if there is any snowball's chance that the next Impala would be RWD.

The only other new car that I'll be considering is the Volt. But other than that, there isn't anything that I care enough about. Because of that, I will likely just buy used if either the Camaro or the Volt cost too much
