Anybody else waiting on their Maggie Supercharger?

I finally saved up enough dinero, did all of my research, lined up an installer and ordered my Maggie Chrome Supercharger.....BACKORDERED!

Argh! Im getting a great deal on the install because i am one of the first people to get mine installed at this particular shop. (dont worry, they are well qualified!) I was orriginally told 2-3 weeks but it is just dragging on. I have been in contact with Magnacharger and they are great but due to the economy, they had to switch vendors for alot of parts and are having difficulty keeping up with demand. Almost makes me wonder if these "new" parts are going to be up to the old standards. Im sure they will be but it definitely puts that thought in the back of your mind. Anybody else waiting?

I figured that for the cost....it wasnt too much of a jump to get the fancy one. I think that chrome adds like 3 rwhp! (maybe?)

I've been waiting since the 12th of Feb. I was told the same thing about parts shortages. Last news was that it should ship by the 8th of March.

Its being trailered to the facility for the install. By time i get it back including dyno mileage, It will prob still have less than 100 miles on it...........Im still waiting for the "sweet" part!
