Brake squeal-without brake pedal applied

Just curious, I have about 10k miles on my 2ss m6 so far, and at various speeds, I have a faint-high pitch squeal coming from(I think) my front right tire. I'm guessing it has something to do with the pads, but I know I have plenty of material left on them...?...Anyone else have issues?....I'll probably take it in anyway..just thought I'd ask if anyone else had the same noise...BTW..this is not the same squeal that led to the caliper weights.

Is it a rock stuck between the pad and rotor? if it is you would see a groove in the rotor from where the rock was stuck.

Could be dirt/rust, sounds like they need to be cleaned up

I get a high pitched squeal when moving forwards or in reverse at very low speeds without even touching the brakes. Kinda goes away if I lightly press on the brakes. I'm talking barely moving 1mph buy anything faster and it goes away. Once in a while I'll get a light squeak in the brakes when becoming to a stop going 30mph. I think I read somewhere that the metallic brakes we have sometimes will squeal like this but why does it squeal if I'm not even touching the brakes? Spray some wd-40 on my axle or what?

Yah, very likely a stone or something stuck between the pad and rotor, or a cracked shoe lining which is sticking out and scraping the rotor all the time.
