I have the Cherry Bomb extreme axleback on my car. I left the resonator on so hoping there would be no drone. There is a slight amount of drone and it is more noticeable when the AFM kicks in, but that is to be expected. IMO its not that bad. The axleback with the resonators is not real loud just a nice low rumble, but will make some noise when you get on it. No popping on decel and that is what I wanted. If you want it louder go with the catback. One thing to watch out for, I had problems with the passenger side fitting and after a month of Cherry Bomb refitting the axleback system, they finally sent me a refitted muffler. I just got it today and am putting it on Friday. Hopefully it fits correctly this time.

I have an L99 with cherry bomb catback, installed on jack stands it fits fine. There's some popping on decel and a little deep drone, nothing moderate radio won't cover. I love it, it's deep and mean but very livable. A few things to consider 1: it's very light no shite you probably save 60-80 pounds. 2: you lose the giant resonator. I'm not exaggerating it's frickin huge there's no way you can't gain HP losing that thing and muffler big enough to bury a midget in.

I ditched my Cherry Bomb axle back. Chambered mufflers create too much drone on these cars. I went with a Magnaflow axle back system instead.
