i'v been order same parts with them since Order Date: 4/4/12

I understand your frustration on not getting replies to emails, but ordering on the 4th of April isn't even 2 wks. I'm in Canada and I think 14-18 days is what I've waited for the 3 things I've gotten from them. And the packages traveled a lot less to me than your package will to you. Now, I always asked for regular mail. Was yours sent express?

International orders outside the US and Canada we require and ID to match to the credit card used for identity verification for everyones protection since the credit card processors can only verify addresses in the US and Canada. This is to prevent identiy theft and protect everyone out there from cyber theaves. Believe it or not we stop on average 4 fraudulant transactions a month by doing this. This is what we do to protect everyones identity because frankly in this day and age there are just too many dishonest people.
Once we got the required information from the customer, called the card companies to verify he was the owner of the credit card, and had them verify that indeed he is the order followed our standard processing time and shipped out proptly. I just tracked the package and it was delievered yesterday 4/17. So I really dont think for all this to happen and for the order to be DELIVERED in less than 2 weeks to be unreasonable by any means As for emails not being answered this is a complete falsehood as I know I poersonally got invooled and was emailing back and forth with this customer the beginning of last week |

I've ordered several times from GM Parts House and I've always had great customer service. I will order from them again.

I only ordered one time so far, but I would not hesitate to use them again. Communication was good.

Another user and I asked about price matching in a thread they posted and instead of getting any courtesy answer we both received warnings from a c5 mod. Bad form. And such a pity you lost business from both of us as we both purchased elsewhere. Not really "customer oriented".

I've ordered a couple things from them and got great service and pricing. GM Parts House is highly recommended in my book!
