1) How much thread on the tires?

2) Condition of the wheels?

3) Does it come with center caps and lugs?

4) how much for delivery to 32608?

Tires are in good condition, they have roughly 20k on them, all highway and easy driving. Wheels are in 9 out of 10 condition with minor nicks etc, no curb rash. Extremely clean otherwise. Center caps and lugs included. As for shipping, I would estimate no more than $250
