Was driving home yesterday in a wind storm & came up to a set of Railroad tracks & saw a gal sitting there taking several pictures of the YELD sign WTF?????

Of course a few years ago my husband was driving a bus & someone had stopped in the middle of the road taking pictures of the trees lol

Sounds like a photographer getting that perfect picture moment. She was probably playing with the shutter speed on the camera and trying to get the effect of the sign moving in the wind. Yeah.....that was a long shot explanation but not everyone is crazy out there.
