Borla exhaust.

Before you tell me to "search it" I did and couldn't find it so don't yell at me . I would like an opinion on what sounds better, the borla S Type or the Borla Atak exhaust. It would be for a daily driver and I feel the Atak might be too aggressive. What do you think?

Borla is $$$. I would look into some other brands first. Magnaflow, Stainless Works, and Flowmaster are all good alternates. If you're set on Borla, go with the ATAK.

Mikey, you're going to have to WEAR OUT Youtube listening to clips. It will give you all the options, trust me. I've been doing it for a while and I am no closer to figuring out what set up would I would like.

Haha it's very comforting to know that.

I am biased to Magnaflow. I have their comp catback with LTs. Live the aggressie sound and they are reasonably priced too.

the american thunders are awesome for the worth, i traded out my borla's for these, flowmaster has a very deep sound. also if your going to buy an axle back, the flowmaster uses both sets of your rear exhaust hangers, where the borla does not, flowmaster lines up perfect in the rear cutouts. just my two cents.

Unless you are going with headers, it doesn't matter. Just pick the type of sound you like best.

If you want a deep old school muscle car sound then go with the Borla S.

If you want the raspy race car-ish sound then go with the Borla Atak. Most people I've talked to comment saying that this sounds like a motor boat half way out of the water.

If you plan on doing or might do headers down the road then you will want the Borla S as the Atak becomes insanely loud and too much for daily driving imo.

I have the Borla ATAK and am very happy with it. It has the sound that I wanted and I can still have a conversation with someone in the car without yelling.

The ATAK sounds raspy and well just raspy and the S Type has a deep refined tone IMO with LTs
