Is Some Amount of Rattling to be Expected?
I do a good bit of highway driving (i.e., 65+) and every once in a while notice a rattling sound somewhere from the passenger side door. It's not constant, which makes me think it's happening when I drive over a particularly bumpy part of the road (it's I-95 in Miami, and a lot of stretches on it are of poor quality). Just wanted opinions on whether this kind of thing is inevitable, or if I should be concerned.

Maybe its the seatbelt clip hitting the door? You "shouldnt" have any rattling yet, but im sure its possible.

Should be zero squeaks and rattles in a new car other than something in your glove box.
Have it looked at when it's convenient. Next oil change. Keep in mind, BSR issues aren't generally covered by OEMs for the full warranty.

Sounds like it may be tough to find the exact point where its coming from. I would try to get a passenger in the car with you and drive a bit so they can see where its coming out of.

Thanks for the suggestions. My first inclination was that it might be the passenger seat belt as someone pointed out, so during my next ride I'll buckle it in to test that.

i am already noticing a few buzz'z and rattles from the interior at 800 miles........I think this might be typical. I am attributing some of this to the Runflats.....Still a little disappointing!
I chased one down to the right side interior rear passenger panel. I pressed on where the rattle was coming from and it went away. Probably not seated properly when the car was built.

With the current level of QC and apparently phone zombie teenagers assembling your car.
Yes. Rattling is to be expected. |

I can't say how often I've heard a rattle and it ended up being a seatbelt clip, or a coin, or some foolish thing I lost beneath the seat.
Anything else shouldn't be rattling. The interior should be very solid. |
