V6 with MRT or Borla Exhaust

I'm torn between getting either the MRT 2.0 or Borla X cat back exhaust with BBK Long Tube headers. I live in western NY and i'd like find someone near here to take a listen to either set in person with a V6 2010 camaro. Videos are great but in person is best. I'm willing to travel anywhere within reason to have a listen. Thanks!

I've heard the MRT1.0 is a little more "V8 sounding." You might want to throw that one in the mix, too.

I would stay away from MRT V 1.0 if you are looking for "V8 sounding." They are actually much more aggressive V6 sounding as they are pretty free flowing. Also, you might want to re-think the long-tubes if a traditional deep sound is your goal. LTs are going to give you a more harsh/raspy sound. Even the guys who love the sound seem to admit that it is not for everyone.

Thanks everyone for your input I'm bumping this back to life here, cause i'd like to visit someone close that has one of these setups to listen first hand to make my final decision.

I installed my Borla Pro XS mufflers with the BBK LT last week. I am more than happy. It took some courage because there are almost no soundclips from the borla systems. But now I know the sound is better than everything I heard on youtube so far. Borla isn't ridiculous loud and offers a perfect sound with absolutely zero drone and rattle.

Go with borla - you won't regret it. I'll try to post a clip next week.

yeah i'd like to hear both the MRT 1.0 setup as well as the Borla Setup. I saw a super short video that someone installed just the borla X pipe setup on youtube but nothing with the BBK LT headers. Mike.Nite where you located at? JBuzzy11 i'd definately like to hear your setup too!
