Music that illicits an emotional response

I need songs that move you. That you listen to and you have a rollercoaster of emotion. That make you excited, or nostalgic, or pumped up. Whatever is your personal favorite emotional response.

Genre is not terribly important, either...but I would prefer to avoid country or hardcore rap (hip-hop ok). That doesn't mean I'm not going to consider all responses.

Then again, we still have a losing record...

This is THE song, bar none...when it comes to emotional responses from me. I'm not kidding when I say I can't listen to it in the car...I get up to 80+ without noticing, and I'm apexing across three lanes of highway....it's dangerous.

"More than Feeling" by Boston

Then there's
"Beautiful Loser" by Bob Seger
"Streets with no name lyrics" by U2

I plead the 5th. Some things are too personal...Besides, the statute of limitations may not apply in this case

Dragon has good taste in music.

Junior Brown puts a smile on my face with his "Broke Down South of Dallas"

I want my MTV

Or...Peter Gabriel "Sledgehammer"

or Van Halen Hot for Teacher
