I will continue to use them on my daily driver. However, since I got my Camaro profesionally detailed, I loved their products that were used, and will ONLY use those products, to maintain the quality. http://autobahnsalon.com/index.html "To each their own", as the saying goes. |

I use Zaino and am very impressed with the shine and ease of use but like Adams it is expensive. With all good detailing the first one will be an exercise of love and time consuming but well worth it. Clay bar it and start with a clean canvas
![]() I have heard really good things about Adams as well. You can check out the cosmetic section here http://www.camaro5.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=45

3M Clear Bra will help reduce the stone chips in the prone areas. http://www.trimlineinc.ca/

I usually use Meguiars, I have tried Adams. I recently bought Blackfire products and will be detailing my Camaro next weekend (hopefully) with the Blackfire.

I asked the same question when I bought my black Camaro 9 months ago. What I learned is that wax basically only protects the paint and shine you already have. You must polish using a PC or like to amp up the gloss. You would be amazed at the difference it makes. Here's what I did...and you can see the results...and that's w/o any wax on it yet...
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=218531 I installed the quarter flares right after I bought the car in June...8000 miles later, not one chip or ding on the gill area, which is usually the problem area on our cars.

depends on what you want out of it, I like applying a new cote every 4 weeks so I use Megiars # 26 yellow wax, easy on off. longevity you can't beat collinite insulator wax. lasts 3 months or so and I use it in the winter but you can use it as a base wax and layer whatever else you want on top for depth or warmth.
