Has anyone local replaced their headlights with the dual color halos??

I added blue halos, they fit right in behind the factory halos.

Here you go. Notice how on the headlight it is a smooth ring (due to the LED halo being behind the OEM halo) and then the fog light is a bunch of LEDs (no halo for it to hide behind).
