Hurst Customer Service A+

I called Hurst today because the grommet on my shifter boot didn't like the AZ sun (picture). I had every intention of paying for it. The customer service rep was really nice. He was suprised that it had cracked and asked if I had a receipt. I told him I purchased it with the car, so I didn't have one specifically for the shifter. He said no problem and shipped me out a replacement for free.
I love to see a company back up it's product and be understanding when a customer has any kind of issue. A+ Hurst.

Momma didn't bronze my shoes, but when I turned 16 I inherited a lead foot.

I agree with OP! Kenji and Hurst has been top notch for me. My bushings wore out and they replaced them no questions asked... and after a couple thousand miles, it's still perfect!

THANKS!!!

:( sorry - but they are billet 6061-T6 aluminum, polished, and made in the USA... we didn't skimp and the price reflects this. At that price it's not for everyone and that's why it's not part of the normal shifter kit.

Unfortunately, that's just normal policy that the CS guys have to follow. These LED's rarely fail and are often used for accent lighting in other areas of the vehicle so we often get people (not saying you) trying just to get free or buy additional LED's. In any event, PM me if they weren't able to help you out.
