My mud guards are in, but no Camaro yet...

I ordered the mud gards for my Camaro, and it only took one day to get them to the dealer. They are patiently waiting for the car to be built and delivered, where they will install and add the last piece of the exterior preventing damage from flying debris.

Is anyone else ordering the mud guards. I think it will change the appearance to a wider stance from the back. Any thoughts?

Great, a second guinea pig. Thanks, edog. Yes, detroitboy is also getting them. Check out this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...480#post381480

Saw it earlier. I had posted so I did not add to it.

I would love to see what they look like on the car, but for now they sit on a shelf at the dealer waiting for the car to roll in.

When will your car arrive?

Has it been built yet?

When you have your car and these are installed, please post a picture of how they look. I am considering getting them, but am waiting until I see them on a Camaro before deciding. I did pay for and order today the car cover, sill plates and the V-6 engine cover in Red Jewal Tint. Still waiting on the dealership to tell me when my car will arrive.

I am one of the IOM that have been pulled and accepted by GM, but just sitting there. No TPW yet, but when it comes in I told the dealer to put them on. I do not want to see it w/o them installed.

I will most likely post the pictures from the dealer before I leave using my phone.

I haven't ordered 'em yet...I haven't got my Camaro yet either, as far as that goes. But I really do believe I am going to be adding 'em to my car. They way I'm picturing everything, I do think they'll not only look great (I hope) but actually serve a purpose too.

Mine arrived and look great. Beautiful finish quality. Now I just need the car to put them on. I'm thinking about getting a dovetail spoiler painted and having that ready to go too. But my paint guy might need the car to match to.

This is the spoler on the Dale Jr. car right? that others call a duck tail or a blade spoiler? I really like that spoiler too!! I plan to do that with the GFX painted to match and silver full rally stripes... I too am waiting to see how it looks on an actuall car... but I think edog is right, it may add a wider appearance which may look good!
