so...If GM goes bankrupt...
Sorry if this has been talked about but I didnt find it, anyways if shit hits the fan and gm does go bankrupt, (I hope to god not) what would happen with everyones pre-orders or deposits?

Probably SOL for all of it. You become a liability to them and they write you off. At least depending on the bankruptcy. But it's been discussed allready.

absolutely nothing.
If GM files bankruptcy, i think the plan is only to remain there for a couple of weeks while they restructure. Nothing happens to any of the cars and warranties. Plenty of threads on this. Please use the search feature to find out more
