Trouble while installing my Halos.

I am having a lot of trouble getting the 3 10mm fender bolts off, what type of wrench, drill did you use? Did you you just say screw it and take the wheel off?

Most def have to take the wheel off but a 10mm socket and 6 in extension should do the trick. Helps to take the inner liner off also.
