WHY?? PO223 TB code, won't run without reduced power.

I took off the TB, played with it for a bit, took off the clamps that hold the plastic part on. Put it all back together, and now she won't run without that code and the reduced power. I've cleared it a thousand times. HELP PLEASE!

The code is for TB high voltage. I don't know what's happening.

I got that code yesterday while i was installing my black ice isolator and it was because i had forgotten to reinstall one of the sensors on the passenger side kind of below the TB. I'm sure you've already checked all the connections, but i just thought i'd throw in my two cents just incase.

I've checked and rechecked, but thank you anyway.

this might help. so i got that code, (the car shook and died on me because i had forgotten to connect that sensor) reconnected the sensor, and it still had the code. then i disconnected the negative port on the battery, (15 seconds), reconnected it, then started the car. It ran perfect but the code stayed on for about one mile of driving, then it went away and couldn't be better

I got both of those. on the screen is said engine reduced power and the engine kept bogging and after about 10 seconds died. then i realized that i hadn't connected that sensor. Once that was plugged in the car ran fine, but it still said service stabilitrac and had a picture of a wrench i believe. Plus all the little lights were on like traction control and all that. So again, once that sensor was plugged in the car ran fine but i still had the lights and the service stabilitrac. At that point i disconnected the battery hoping it would clear them but it didn't. (i wasn't too worried because i knew other people had said that they got those lights after doing the install but they went off after a minute of driving) so sure enough, about 30 seconds after i left my house they all went off and it was as good as new.

Mine are plugged in, but it still won't run. I'm reflashing the car, I hope this fixes it

and when you say undriveable, could you elaborate a little? will it start then die? not start at all? run but run really boggy?
