is there a how to for a under drive pulley?

i want to order one and install it myself, does it just come off and put the other on? is it that simple?
i heard something about drilling??

Just un bolt the crank bolt use some pullers and pull the old one off and put the new one on with its specified bolt.

That's what I thought but it won't work. The problem is the bolt they supply is 7 inches long. The pulley is a few inches thick and the treads that the bolt "grabs" onto don't start until a few inches into the front of the engine. You also can't just slide, hammer or even press the pulley into place and then bolt it. You need about a 9 inch bolt to do. I took a big risk and "Jimmy Rigged" a solution from Home Depot which could have stripped the socket.

Make sure you purchase a 9 inch bolt (I think it is 15MM check to make sure)
