I think I got mine at the wheelhouse and came with black locking lug nuts. I couldn't get free shipping. On the up side the way they come packed is very impressive

Vivid Racing in AZ carries TSW if I remember correctly. I have bought some stuff from them; clutch, suspension, etc. and they do a good job, so you could call them up.
