How does this officer do it?

How does this officer not do one of two things here? How does he not:

1: Really go back at this guy (either physically or verbally, or at least throw a couple more citations at him)
or
2: Just start laughing his ass off at the guy?

Tag (and any other officers here on the message boards)....maybe you could comment on this...which would have been harder...suppressing the urge to let him have it or suppressing your laughter?

I'd was affraid that the guy would have a heart attack with the littering part. The easiest way to get out of a speeding ticket is drive at the limit.

And he still gave him the warning on the insurance... Whoa. I'd have nailed him to the wall.

I love how he's patronizing the driver as he explains.

What a friggin' idiot. (driver) I'd like to think of myself as patient, but I'd have his a$$ so deep in fines, and citations.....
