JDP 850 Package not hitting HP numbers

I purchased the JDP Performance 850 package and have not been able to get the HP numbers it is supposed to get. Let me start by saying the Tyler at JDP has been more than helpful and I have called him several times over the install process. I figured I would just list here as there are a lot of other modding for performance and maybe I can get some ideas. I have an auto and should be seeing between 650-670 rwhp. But, thus far, after a few mechanical issues and two visits with my tuner, all we have seen at best is around 585 rwhp. As me and Tyler discussed, it doesn't seem right but can't figure out why. Seems if it was something mechanical that it would have caused issues that would show up on dyne or hard driving. Any help or suggestions is appreciated. I don't know what else to try at this point. Thanks.

Are you sure your fuel pump is performing properly?

Agree if it runs well and idles my first area to look would be fuel quality then supply., second. then ignition, years ago I fixed a supercharged car that nobody could figure out and it was just too much boost not enough spark. Make sure you have plenty of. Fuel and spark to start with. Just my .02

Whats the list of parts to get 850 hp from a stock cubic inch stock blower zl1.

I have never heard that being remotely possible.

I am certainly no expert, but, one other thing to check (fuel and spark would be the most obvious) is the trans fluid. See if it's burnt. If it is, you trans could be slipping on the dyno. Granted that's rare, but I've seen it happen years ago.

May be a dumb question but did you try a different Dyno to confirm the first pulls?

Should've done a base dyno pull to see what the car made stock.

Idk I'd really expect a 230rwhp gain from basically a cammed/bolt on/pullied LSA with more boost and meth.

I'd take those "package" estimated numbers with a grain of salt.

Most of these HP kits are to the crank #'s. However with an automatic and about 18% drivetrain loss you should be in the area of 675-700 RWHP. So something is not right......

If you compared actual numbers to actual numbers I bet it is pretty close. Got to take high elevation 20+% correction numbers with a grain of salt.
