So I just want to start off by saying I've never been into this section of the forums, but I thought it would be cool to start a thread now while the car is still mostly stock. Welcome everyone, I hope you all enjoy my project as much as I know I will. I welcome all comments suggestions on the way, even if I don't impliment them

So my car might be going to SEMA this year. I'm pushing for it, but it's up to the shop to decide if it's worth the investment. Even if they deem it not worthy, my own build will still continue

As of right now I have an LMR intake, and Brembo Gran Tourismo big brakes up front, custom painted Corvette ZR-1 blue. The rears will be on in a few weeks. I have some wheels being built right now, but I can't saw what they are exactly, you'll have to wait til I get them. Trust me, it will be worth the wait

My exhaust should be here this week. I went with Doug Thorley for now as they have a good system, for a good price. I would like to eventually get Corsa, but money is a little tight right now. But for SEMA the car should be lowered, custom body kit, deck lid lip spoiler (hopefully dovetail style), wheels, interior, sound, and a couple other custom parts that are in the works.

I don't want to say too much about it just yet, so stay tuned for pics and info as I get and install the parts of my car. For now, here's a couple pics as it sits right now.

that sounds like a nice build. any engine mods in the works?

Still debating on what I want to do power wise. Just gonna do bolt ons for now while the car is my daily driver. Then sometime next year when I get another car for daily driving duties I'll decide on what performance mods I want to go with. I'm still deabting between N/A and Forced Induction. If I go the forced route, I'm debating between the Magnacharger or a twin turbo set up. Any suggestions?

Just an update:

I got my carbon fiber hood from Carbon by Design installed yesterday along with my rear Brembo big brake kit to compliment the front kit. More to come!!

Thank you! Gonna do some sound and interior work (suede headliner and seat inserts, some carbon fiber pieces, hurst short throw, etc.). Supercharger is almost complete, i might do long tubes later, but we'll see.

Thanks! Yea the spoiler isn't for everyone, but I love it!

The wheels are in my garage, didn't want to send it to Vortech for testing with the 22's on it. Plus I daily drive the car and really don't feel like cleaning those wheels every few days, so I'll only use them for shows and whatnot.
