Electric Window problem

I disconnected my battery to install a catback and CA intake. I finished my business and reconnected the battery.
The once automatic slight roll up or roll down when the door is opened is missing now. The door will not shut properly now. I plan on taking it to the dealer, but would like to avoid that if necessary Any suggestions?.

I found this post:

Try this procedure from the manual:

1. With the ignition in ACC/
ACCESSORY, ON/RUN,
or when Retained Accessory
Power (RAP) is active, close
all doors.
2. Press and hold the power
window switch until the window
is fully open.
3. Pull the power window switch up
until the window is fully closed.
4. Continue holding the switch up
for approximately two seconds
after the window is completely
closed.
The window is now reprogrammed.
Repeat the process for the other
window.

Haha,it worked!

Try this from page 1-16 of the owner's manusl.

Programming the Power Windows

If the battery on the vehicle has been recharged, disconnected, or is not working, you will need to reprogram each front power window for the express-up feature to work.

Before reprogramming, replace or recharge the vehicle’s battery.

To program each front window, follow these steps:

1. With the ignition in ACC/ACCESSORY, ON/RUN, or when Retained Accessory Power (RAP) is active; close all doors.

2. Press and hold the power window switch until the window is fully open.

3. Pull the power window switch up until the window is fully closed.

4. Continue holding the switch up for approximately two seconds after the window is completely closed.

The window is now reprogrammed. Repeat the process for the other windows.
