Just started having an odd issue the other day. A/C fan speed will randomly increase/decrease. It's almost like you grab the fan speed control and mess with it periodically. Has nothing to do with engine speed. No changes in cooling, so I doubt anything to do with blend door. I'm thinking first to pull the covers off the controls and clean the electrical connections, but wanted to see if anyone has experienced the same.

It's usually a sign the fan motor is going bad and will need replacing soon. It's located right above the glove box.

Haven’t had it in my Camaro, but several other vehicles I’ve had with similar symptoms have been fixed by changing the blower motor resistor…..generally up under passengers foot well behind glove box

Yup. The fan motor resistor, not the fan, should be the first thing to investigate.

I replaced the blower fan the blower resistor check the fuses and the blower motor is still not working. What do I need to check next? Please someone help 2010 Camaro SS

It can also be dirty contacts in the rotary fan knob. That would be the easiest start to trouble shoot. Take apart , use a lil contact cleaner with a toothbrush , reassemble. That was what we found with a friend of mine's 2010.

^^^ This. I saw a video on YT about this issue, they hd to take the AC/Radio head unit out to get to the back of the control knobs to remove them and clean the contacts. Worked great after that. the contacts are under the dials, and that's the only way to clean them, the dials are attached via a small screw from the back. Here you go, found it. Good luck!
