FPCM Module removal
Hi, I need some help and advice, I would be very grateful.
I have built a custom return-style fuel system and I am removing the FPCM (Fuel Pump Control Module) due to aftermarket fuel pumps. What exact settings/tables do I need to adjust or disable in HP Tuners to avoid error codes and limp mode after removing the module? I’ve tried searching for a specific guide but haven't found a definitive one yet. The car is a supercharged 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS. Any help would be much appreciated! |

I kept the FPCM in place and used the power output for my fuel pump relays. This allows the pump to prime with turning the key on. But more importantly it keeps the safeties in place that cut power in case of an accident.
I attached a sketch of how I laid out the relays for a triple pump setup with two Hobbs switches. I'd have to see if I can find the posts here, but I want to say the signal was the green with white stripe wire. ![]() Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk

Thank you, the connection is not a problem for me, but rather how to configure the ECM controller so that it understands how to read the FPCM controller even if it has been removed. I understand that I can remove certain settings from the fuel controller and save, for example, the original fuel pressure data using the hp tuners program. |
