Need X pipe/H pipe recommendation
I'm going to have a shop do a muffler delete for me, I figured I should put on an X pipe while it's in the air. What would you guys recommend? I heard an H pipe would sound better, is that true? Does anyone have the Edelbrock X pipe, do you like it?
Thanks!

I deleted my resonator and put a Magnaflow X in there.

I should be receiving my Edelbrock X pipe tomorrow. Going to install it this weekend. For now that will be my only change to the stock exhaust but I do plan to delete the mufflers also but will probably wait until after my summer vacation where I'll be putting a few thousand miles on the car. Don't want to make the family deaf.

If you're just budgeted for a muffler delete, then stick with the 2.5 in/out Magnaflow.
That's probably your best bet. For a couple hundred more, you could certainly think about a Catback. Lemme know if I can help you out!, Ivan |
