Need some opinions
Ok folks,
I have a Blk/Blk SS, I am planning on getting the LS7 style rear blackout in Matte Black, I also just bought a hot wheels spoiler. I am considering painting the spoiler Matte Black, what do you guys think, too much?

Speaking for myself I don't care of the Matte Black blackout. Not on a black car.
I just had the same spoiler installed on my car. I thought about doing it in black (my car is IBM). I ended up doing it to match the body color though. You might be able to pull of the matte on the spoiler. I'm not a big CF fan but I'm sure that would have looked great on black. BTW - I love that spoiler  . Make sure you post a few pics when you get it installed.

Im getting the blackout, thats for sure,
what Im iffy about is the Matte spoiler, esp since I had matte black stripes planned
