There is a ton of information on this site. The best solution is to read and then read some more. Doing so will likely cause you to have some questions which you can ask.
I would start here.

As others have said, search.

But if you don't, the answer is Injen long-tube CAI.

To start with, check the Janetty test. It's at the top in this section.

There's only 4 that were tested and there's others now coming to market, so they weren't tested, but you get the idea. They all did well. One company did come to market with one early and some found it actually hurt performance, they have since redesigned and have a good product. I personally went with K&N for the ease of install/service/$100 less than the Injen/it's what I wanted but Injen has a huge following in here. You're not going to find many that'll admit that someone else's may be better or there's not enough of an increase to justify the added cost.

The Injun and the K&N are the two best selling for the V6.

The later K&N Polished is a really nice looking unit in my opinion.

I will kindly disagree with these comments:

The best price I can find for a K&N is around 243.00 shipped. I got my INJEN shipped to the house for 273.00 for a difference of 30 bucks, and at the time K&N was not even offering one yet.

And as for the difference between the two in the performance dept (straight from the spreadsheet):

Our intake hasn't been on the market as long as some others, but it is very well liked among the ones that do have it. We have a proven track record for producing quality components and providing very good customer service. You will notice an increase in power and our intake has a great sound. Installation is very easy and you don't need to modify or re-locate anything.
We offer a variety of options including oil or dry filter, colored air boxes and carbon fiber finish inlet elbow. You can also add our radiator cover and fuse relay cover for a great look under the hood.
Our holiday sale just started yesterday, so now is a great time to buy!
$40 off all air intakes
$25 off all radiator covers
$10 off all fuse relay covers
$5 off all oil caps
