what is needed to run high 11's at the track?
im just talking about saftey like a helmet and stuff like that

11.49 and faster is when you need a 6 point roll bar. 13.99 and faster you need a helmet. Any nitrous or forced induction you need a fire jacket. Slicks or drag radials you need a driveshaft loop. I think that about does it.

Like stated above. You can go as low as 11.5 with nothing but a helmet. Anything faster than that requires a roll bar until you go faster than 10.
