Not an Octane poll

This is not an Octane poll. With all the claims of certain cleaners and detergents in certain brand gasoline, I am curious as to what the majority of the C5 members go with!!!

Usually Chevron with Techron. Mainly because of the awesome commercials, advertisement on Oakland A's radio, and availability, though. Haven't done any testing to see any proof of benefits. Any Top-Tier gasoline will do.

I generally use shell, but that's mostly just because there are a lot of them around here. I'll just use whatever is close if I need gas and I'm not sure where a shell is.

Being from Los Angeles originally, I miss Chevron and Exxon. Unfortunately we do not have those around here. That is why I included the "Other" on the poll. Trust me, I would be using Chevron if I had one here!!!

Sunoco, it's an old habit from the sixties when Sunoco had more octane that anyone else. It was always the fuel of choice for New England drag racers.

I don't know if Sunoco is the best, but I use it (93) regularly due to convenience. I would prefer to use Chevron (none in my area) or Shel, but the only Shell station close by is either closed or overcrowded for the 4 pump small corner location.

While I feel all gas is the same, minus the additives, I guess it's habit to stick with one brand

You are on a Nation wide board I would have listed the top 6, 7 would have been "Don't care" and 8 "the rest" would be other. Not everyone lives in Kentucky.

Out of BP's 800 stations it only actually owns less than 100 so those are not BP stations.

Never in my life heard of Sunoco..

On second thought perhapse you covered it a Little better than we thought being as how the following is how they should read due to mergers.

BP-AMACO
EXXON-MOBILE
CHEVRON-TEXACO
