Having problems with condensation getting into the fog lamps and destroying the LEDs which i thought were waterproof. Worst thing is that I dont know how its getting in. I Live in Toronto Canada and this cold weather in the mornings can cause alot of dew. I used clear epoxy to glue the ring to the lamp and the used exterior grade (door and window) clear silicon to seal any possible holes. Worked great for the first day, then after a 1hour trip on the highway both lights are busted and filled with condensation!!! Not even a significant amount of water, just looks like their fogged up, im assuming the moisture that comes in gets heated by the Day light runners and causes this issue. Getting a new pair of LEDs but does anyone know how I can prevent this issue from happening again?

Again if anyone is interested in halos that look like they belong in the factory DRL's the project is easy. Just follow the steps outlined here. Have fun.
Where did you mount the electronic module that reduceds the car's 12 volt system to 1.5 volts and how did you seal it for weather/

DanRC28, want to raise a dead thread - did you get these from lightwurkz or another vendor?

We have not seen any Orion V2 fail for any reason, please let us know.

thank you for posting these images.

That black Ferrari has some serious "hips" on it. Looks like the Camaro has some competition in that dept!

Ok answers in reverse order-

License Plate, no but better than no plate LOL

Source, I only use Lightwurkz, far superior quality.

Water/sealing, I have never had that issue, you may have left an opening, try resealing the units with silicon.

Electronics control, mounted mine on the right inside of the bumper, the Lightwurks unit is pretty clean but I did add caulking to the end where the wire come out.

Hope this info helps.
