Oh well ..it was a shot anyway , got my s/n may 4th 8897............ still waiting for it to come in ????????? My dealer ( grizzly motors in barrhead ) still says 3800 and not sure when it will ship ......... Waiting s**ks eh :-)

3 Camaro's were delivered to GSL last night. Yellow, Orange and Black, all V8's.

Mine is the orange. I won't take it home until after the weekend (cue pout) because they still have to do all the dealership things (stripes, exhaust, cold air intake, clean it up).

I went down to GSL on my lunch break today to take a peek. This car is absolutely gorgeous. All I can say is wait until you get that call that the car has arrived. I was completely giddy all day haha.

Can anyone give me tips on how to add pics?

My wife and I went down to GSL this morning and met Kim and her boyfriend as well. Had a blast!

The three SS's were still there. The only problem now is, my wife is wanting me to get the V8 instead of the 3.6 litre. LOL

I'm not too good at the morning thing, which is too bad because there was a lot of overcast this afternoon when I went down (again).

The black one is gone (I didn't ever see it), but I guess the guy urgently wanted his car yesterday.

The owner of the Yellow one was there when we got there.....73 km on his odometer when he started it

and really no answers from the sales guy.

Apparently "Yellow's" sales guy is actually on vacation or at a conference or something, so the one they were talking to is trying to fill in. I'm betting that it was the battery cable recall that put the km's on this car. Apparently the held a lot of the vehicles built in April that hadn't been shipped to put them through vibration testing to see if they could produce the problem.

That makes total sense. I'm surprised I didn't think of that myself. I worked as mechanic for GM and you are correct...often cars would come in with unexplained miles on them and it was due to QC.

I'll bet you are totally right!

Hey guys, I had to register to let you all know that I was at GSL today checking out QuarterLifes Hot Rod, when a car carrier truck pulls in with a load. On the back was a Cyber Grey Camaro.........so if any Calgary members have ordered from GSL you better check it out...........before I try to buy it out from under yeah....haahha just kidding. But if I was to give up my Vette it would be for a Cyber Grey SS.

I am actually hoping they do come out with a Z28 model next year, before Obama ruins things and does away with the V8 engine.
