Oh, as far as the Leno Car is concerned -- I forget all about the powertrain they put into it.

I'm totally superficial on this one -- I hope the Z looks just like it, inside and out! (the only change I could stomach would be a TF2 Bumblebee hood)

I wish I showed up earlier and could have played some golf with you two. That would have been cool. Have a great rest of your vacation if you are still.

PS ... My V6 IBM Camaro is awesome and running great as always. Mindz CGM stripes look cool. Thats color stripe is what I'm getting too, but not that rad.
Hey RT, how are you good sir? Glad to hear your car is running well.

Ohhhh and a brief trip report.

First and foremost, the Camaro remains a rare and beautiful automobile. On the trip down and back we saw about a dozen Camaros. Yep that's all. To put that in perspective, we saw 6 (yes 6) Chevvy SSRs out and about. 2 of the Camaros were rentals in Orlando, but I can tell you when you see one it is still a special occurance and it still makes you (me anyway) take a good double take. Oooooooh........ahhhhhhhh.

The Camaro is clearly very popular. At the end of the Test Track ride at Epcot, GM has a wonderful display. All cars getting a nice look over. But the Camaroa had the line to get sit in it and have your picture taken.

Either the Global Economy is picking up............or the dollar is so cheap...........there were tons of tourists in Orlando that weren't speaking English and if they were speaking English it sounded like the English in Braveheart. Like I mentioned earlier, they actually closed the Magic Kingdom one day because they reached capacity.

Drove straight through coming home yesterday. Missed our personal best of 16 hours 45 minutes due to an unexpected blowing snow in Ohio. Thanks Fen. I'm blaming you for that. But made it before midnight. 6:45 am departure and an 11:50 arrival. Not bad. Lots of Police out in spots, keeping the masses in order. Sorry they had to work on New Years day.................really sorry any officer had to work.........at..........all.

On the way down, we had a nice visit with Fen and some of the Southern Ohio Camaro5 members. Talked to them for about an hour at a a McDonalds. Like every one I've personally met from Camaro5, the same two consistent attributes. Really nice and really love the Camaro. Thanks for setting that up Fen.

Mrs. Number 3 and I got to play a little golf with GTA and then some dinner with our wives at a nice Italian restaurant.

All in all, a good and safe trip. Just not in a Camaro this time. But the LaCrosse is really an outstanding car. Really!!!!

Anyway, a few pictures. The last one if for Fen. A LaCrosse, with a Camaro and if you look real close, a Terrain in the background. Lots of Terrains in Orlando btw.

Welcome Home Number 3

Thanks for the report and the pictures. Sounds like you had a very nice vacation. I hope you two can acclimate to the cold quickly because it looks like we might be stuck here for a while. Higgins Lake is at 0 right now

Sadly........already adapted. But in Florida this weekend the highs were only, (ha I said only) in the 50's.

Why isn't anyone doing anything about this Global Cooling. I am affraid all of the scientists are distracted by some other things. I am affraid we will all freeze soon.

Welcome home Number 3.

I just got back myself, although from Kirkwood Lake Tahoe and it was a blast. Gina actually skied for the first time in her life as well as going to the snow for the first time ever also.

Awesome!! Lake Tahoe is beautiful. We spent a few days there on our honeymoon in October 98. Got home and saw on TV they were skiing. Which is only amusing because there was no snow on the mountain when we were there.

Post a fewpics if you have se you can share

I'll have to wait until my friend e-mails them to me. There were two professional photographers in our group of people and they'd take pictures while on the mountain as well as a torch light parade and fireworks shot off maybe 500 feet from the building. =)
