any other mud flap options?
this car kicks up an unreal amount of road goober behind the wheels. easily one of the largest eyesores prior to washing her. I don't like the way the OEM mud flaps look - have any aftermarket companies taken on making a sleeker looking set?

I have them installed on my SS. They sort of blend in w/ the tire. People don't notice them unless you point them out. If you use SS2007 discount code, you get $5 off the order. The fronts go on easy, just turn the wheel. The rears can be installed w/ wheels on but it's more difficult. I did it that way. Take the wheels off. They are sort of basic & not a "bling" item but they get the job done.

Those look pretty good. Don't stand out so much. They got any naked lady silhouette.

I went on Ebay and purchased strips clear 3m paint protective film and applied it to the entire length of the rocker panel, and behind the rear tires. The only issues I have is some road dibris getting to the gill areas, but I don't think mud flaps help with that area anyway. The film is nearly invisible and it saves me a lot of worries from rock chips. If the film gets beat up over time, rip it off and start over again.

I just made a set for the front to keep the body chip free for this springs new paint job "Real Fire on soot over white" Keeps the car clean and me happy. Made out of T-3 aluminum and a beer box for a pattern. Had to readjust up and in a bit after photo was taken ...R & D
