I had a '97 Z28 for 10 years as a daily driver ('97-'07) in Wisconsin. I put on just about 190,000 miles and it did not rust at all nor did I ever get stuck. What I am getting at is if you live in a climate with a lot of snow, you hopefully know how to drive in it, and if you know how to drive in it you won't have much of a problem. I haven't driven the new Camaro yet, but I would have to assume that the new car would handle the elements much better than my '97 did, so as long as you take care of it you will be fine.

with easy clutch and pedal actuation and skilled driving very little problems with about 2 inchs on the ground. my 98 actually handled pretty good in the snow. granted it will be probably down 100 hp at the wheels but the concept should still be the same.
