Hi Guys and Gals

I just booked my room at the Frederick Holiday Inn for 6/25 and 6/26. There are no more "king" beds available, but plenty of 2-double beds left. The lady also said our block of rooms is not poolside. Anyway, haven't plotted out the distance from NC to MD yet, but hope to be there for dinner of some kind, some where. I will print out the application from the links above and decide on a "class" - I've never registered for a show ever.. There's always a first time, huh?? Be gentle..

Looking forward to meeting everyone both here (I'm blowing off work to attend in June as we just booked a big concert at the arena on June 26th) and Oshawa in August.

You can officially add me to the list. Please let me know what the group is doing for dinner (hotel for 200 peeps, or on our own).. Thankx. Lori

So if we leave at 9AM we should be at the Hole around 12:30 Approx. for lunch...

OK guys we'll have to start a List of who's going to the Camaro Nationals in Fredrick MD: So I'll start a Preliminary list for now:
The group code for rooms at the Holiday Inn is MCO. You can call them directly at 301-694-7500. Room rates are $109 (plus tax) for single or double occupancy and includes breakfast.

If they are, we have a block of 100 rooms at the Hampton Inn, and the overflow for the Holiday Inn is the Holiday Inn Express.

I'm pretty sure I'll be going around the west end of the lake. George - Which way are you and Linda planning to go? Google says 9 hours from Oshawa going around the west end, 10 going around the east end. It won't be confirmed until much closer to the time but I think I'm going to have a "special guest" with me

Last year we met up with LUCKYNUTS and RRED HOT at HINEY1’S place at around 8am. It’s about a half-hour from there to the 1,000 Islands duty free where we met up with the Montreal gang. We’ll probably do the same this year.

On the way home we stopped at the Dinosaur BBQ for lunch, and a good time was had by all.

It’s just off the I-81 in Syracuse and CHRISTCRINGLE will tell you it’s very easy to get to. They have awesome smoked ribs and pulled pork as CAMARORICK can attest. We couldn’t pull JAREDCAN away from the blues band playing outside when it was time to leave... and Hiney1 loved the security that our cars were afforded.


I was hoping we could stop there again this year.
