Just installed my new CFD shifter on L99
MAN THIS SHIFTER IS GREAT!!!!!!!
I just finished installing my new shifter and it works wonders on the auto!!! It shifts smother and cleaner than the stock stearing wheel tapers! No more having to thing about left or right or having to keep both hands on the wheel at all times, just a slight move of the thumb is all it takes. MUCH more natural!! IMO it's the best!!!!! As stated, it takes about an hour to insall. Most of that is just getting the pin out of the conector but even that was not that hard. I had a Mazda 6s with the auto stick mode, push to the right and then forward to down shift and back to up shift, I didn't like it at all. For me, this is much better!!!! Works like a charm!!!!! A big

Not much to look at. Sounds like it works for ya. That's the main thing. I like the Hurst hooked up to the six speed.

Just a little bigger than stock, Fits the hand really nice.
I was sceptical at first. In fact, right up till the install was done and I tried it out for the first time. (about 2 hours ago) the first trip around the block and I wouldn't be without it now. It was about $250 delivered and 100% money back if you don't like it!! It was not hard to install!!!!!! You can click on the link in my first post and PM CFD for more info |

Don't get me wrong. I like a manual too. In fact at times I thought I might have made the wrong choce, but not now. This option works for me!!! He makes them and can do custom paint or just polished. there CNC aluminum. Not plastic. The black is just the texture paint for grip if you want smaller, he make another one thats shorter and has a button on top for the trigger release |

Posts: 906 iTrader Rating: 1 reviews, 100% It seems everytime there are pictures of my shifters the comment that's huge comes into play. The fact of the matter is they look that way in pictures, why I don't know. Here is a side by side and overlay of it compared to the stock shifter. The factory shifter pictured has been stripped of a layer of plastic and the leather covering which adds another .125 in. making the difference .625 in. Hope this helps clearify this phenomena.
