If you are staying with the stock tune, then the JRE test showed the CAI to have the edge, although Roto-Fab has made some tweaks to their design since then. If you are going to tune, then it shouldn't matter as much. Both systems are of high quality.

The only thing that I did not like about either was the fact that the rubber seal on the Roto-Fab will eventually tear the hood insulation up and it will look like S&%t and no longer seal like it should to perform at peak performance.

I picked the CAI. I did like the looks of the Roto but I like the closed box of the CAI. Plus the CAI will not get dirty when you have the hood up as much as the open box of the Roto.

Tough decision, but I just bought the Roto-Fab. I was really torn between the both of them. Now I have to decide on what exhaust!

Installed my C.A.I. brand CAI (weird wording, I know) last week. I say it's all visual preference some people like the closed box; some people like the open box. I did plenty of research beforehand and they both get great reviews.
